2. Products & Ordering

We sell electric guitar pickups and related musical accessories. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any additional shipping costs caused by incorrect details will be your responsibility.

4. Return Policy – 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date of delivery, with a satisfaction guarantee:

    • You may return unused, undamaged, and complete products within 30 days of delivery.

    • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

    • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts.

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

    • Refunds do not include original shipping fees.

    • We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect.

5. Refunds
